What's the weird smell.

There's a really weird smell in our hallway. It smells like cooked rice.

We haven't been cooking rice. We smell it when we first walk in the door and then maybe we get used to it or it goes away. I'm not sure.

Is it a) cat wee b) I'm worried the floorboards in our bathroom upstairs are rotting where our laminate floor has got wet. C) something else.

It could be cat wee, or if you have a cat could they have brought you a 'present' in and perhaps hidden it somewhere? Have a really good look round!
