Help! How to get oil stain out of clothes?!

Conveniently salad dressing leaked through the container and on to my new jacket .

I have tried ariel laundry detergent (liquid) mixed with a bit of cold water and rubbed in with a toothbrush. I washed that out then did the same with fairy liquid and cold water.
Looks like it’s faded slightly but not gone completely.
Any tips please?

I have avoided hot water for fear of setting the stain in. Also wish I had thought to blot out the oil with tissue or cornflour first but alas I panicked and went atraight for the ariel .

place brown paper over it and iron it

A block of green household soap rubbed into the stain has helped when I've had similar stains. It's really cheap and lasts forever, I bought it from morrisons.

Spray with Elbow Grease, let sit for a bit then wash with bio powder and some soda crystals.
