Hi all, hoping someone here can help. Just noticed these shed insect casings on the end of my bed (Confused!!)

Does anyone know what could have left them? I feel like I might need to burn everything!

Moths I think. I've had a moth infestation and they look very similar to the casings that get left behind in my house.

@MunchMunch moths sounds better than all of the 'I'm a Celebrity' style creepy crawlies I was imagining, ha! Any tips?
