What on Earth are these?!

Hi all, hoping someone here can help. Just noticed these shed insect casings on the end of my bed (!!)

Does anyone know what could have left them? I feel like I might need to burn everything!

Moths I think. I've had a moth infestation and they look very similar to the casings that get left behind in my house.

@MunchMunch moths sounds better than all of the 'I'm a Celebrity' style creepy crawlies I was imagining, ha! Any tips?
