please please reassure me that 50/50 eczema treatment washes off sofas

as i now have a great big dd3 arm print in grease on my sofa.

anyone. please. i dont want to ruin the covers anymore by washing them wrong and setting the stuff in.

50/50 is 50%liquid paraffin and 50% white soft paraffin.

anyone?

heat is the thing - and if you don't want to wash it (a hot temp would be necessary) I would try thr following

I would first of all put a peice of brown paper over the spill and iron over the top of the paper. Most oif the paraffin and oil will melt and stick to the paper...repeat until nothing more comes off.....a bum wipe might get the rest out.

works for candle wax which has paraffin wax in it too....
