Where do you bulk buy from?

Looking for tips for particular (UK) shops or websites that it would be cheaper to bulk buy goods from. I've been looking into it and struggling to see many instances of household goods being cheaper to buy in bulk, than to get get at Tesco in our weekly shop as own brand products.
For example- I had a £10 off amazon pantry discount that I used to buy a years supply of deodorant and a ten kg bag of cat biscuits, but nothing else worked out cheaper per unit to bulk buy.
Any tips?

Costco- have you looked into applying for a card? There's an Annual Fee and you do have to go fairly often to get the best from it. Some of their products aren't much better value than supermarket spcial offers though.

They do a Special Offer Wallet every month.

Things I re-buy:
binbags - good price and really strong (we don't have wheelie-bins here)
loo-roll - either on offer or the Kirkland brand
Foil
Clingflim
Baking parchment
handtowels and bath towels (I bought white , really good quality)
Alpro soya milk, it's £3 for three , supermarkets are £1.40-£1.80 each
massive blocks of cheddar
Tropicana
water (though my DC now take metal bottles so I'll be stopping buying this)
bottles of orange juice
J20
Ketchup
Spices are all really good
FR Eggs
Car food (40 Whiskas for £10)

I don't buy meat.fish/chicken
