Cleaning greasy marks off wooden floor

Hi

I've been told to use sugar soap to get greasy marks off a my wooden floor. I've got it in the concentrate and powder form. Instructions say to dilute it but have a feeling for stubborn stains I should use undiluted.

Can someone pls advise ?

Dilute it. It's incredibly powerful - and the yellow goop version can leave some practically luminescent stains if you don't notice a blob and let it dry.

Hmmm so to get grease blobs outs would use the liquid version or scrub with the powdered version?

Thanks

Either - I personally prefer the powdered version - but they both need to be diluted.

Make sure you wear gloves as well - it's very hard on your hands.

Did it work op? What type of wooden floors do you have? We have oiled oak and the kids have been pretty hard on them, I’m d love to try and get some of the grease stains out but terrified of lifting the finish off the boards. What do you reckon since you just done yours?
