Cleaning outside the house and window frames

I’m curious as to what people do.
Webs on the outside of the house- tucked into air bricks and corners of window ledges. Do you brush them off regularly?
And the sides of windows- the hinges and edges, they get black with dirt- do people bother? How often? How?!

Our windows all open inwards, so easy to clean the outsides. However anything else i can't say I have noticed much. So I am either a huge slattern or the wind and rain gets rid of most of it.

mine get cobwebby very quickly as we live rurally. i give them a quick wipe down with Elbow Grease and a damp cloth every couple of days (but i'm off work at the mo so it's easier to keep on top of).

Thus is a job Iv been avoiding for ages. I
hate the spiders. Iv heard good reports of Elbow Grease so may have a go with that
