Hello,
I have a candy frost free fridge freezer that I bought about 13 years ago so it’s done me very well and it may be that it now needs replacing but thought I’d ask for opinions

Sorry cut short (clumsy fingers! Blush)
Opinions and advice first.
The fridge has stopped working and is not cold enough anymore but the freezer as far as I can see is still working fine?
Going to eat everything in it anyway (big yellow sticker and freeze it shopper) but is there anything I can do to fix it before I just buy another?

Check the seal. Ours was getting really wet because the seals weren't connecting properly. That or snake the drainage hole it may be full of gunk.

Also if it's next to the oven it could be heating through the sides when used for long periods

Thank you for the tips, will try them all! Fingers crossed!

Not the oven one though, fridge is on the other side of the kitchen but could well be the seals. I looked at the tube yesterday and dislodged a piece of ice from the fridge?! And got a bit of yuck out of the entrance of the tube but not sure how to take it apart entirely so will have a proper look if that could be a cause. Bottom of the fridge has been getting soggy for a bit but just been cleaning it up and not thought too much of it (a bit silly really but hey ho)
