Tumble dryer help please?!

I purchased a tumble dryer today but it doesnt have an option for low heat drying.. it just has the preset programs. Does anyone else have a dryer like this and what settings are cooler for yours? Nervous about shrinking things (first time tumble owner) lol. Have read the manual of course but it mentions nothing about temperatures .

OP you'll get better quality advice if you say what brand and model you have as they aren't all the same and you really want someone who knows your machine to respond and advise.

Great point. Thank you lol. I've tried twice now uploading a photo but for some reason it wont work. I have a Candy Condensor dryer

We have a condenser dryer, but another brand. I would think that programmes which say they are for synthetics will be lower heat.
