How to protect fabric from sun fading?

Is there a spray or similar? I can see lots of products available in the US but not here!

You buy this as a film (like contact) and apply it to the inside of your window pane(s). It protects from UV light. Different levels.

This is good news for my sofa but I was hoping to find something to protect outdoor fabrics...

Nikwax have a solarproofing spray.
