What to keep in a small conservatory?

So looks like I maybe moving, and the house has a small conservatory (3.35m x 2.95m).
I'm really not sure what I'm going to use the space for and don't want it to just end up a dumping ground.
The landlord said I could move the fridge freezer into there to free up some space in the kitchen, but my brother said it would be working overtime in the heat.
If I leave the fridge in the kitchen then it doesn't leave alot of space for a dining table so it's not ideal, the dining table may have to go into the conservatory? Which is ok I suppose , but wouldn't leave space for much else.
The only other thing I was thinking was our computer desk and PC as there isn't really anywhere else is the house it would fit, but again would the heat in the summer make that a no go too?
I think I may also end up airing clothes in there as again not much space around rest of house for clothes airiers.
I've never had a conservetory before!

Often good for airing clothes assuming no leaks. Depends how hot it gets for other uses - and which way it faces. Ours is East facing so much more manageable than south/west - just need to open all the windows first thing.

I'm not sure which direction it's facing, I think west, when we went there a few weeks ago, it was quite hot in there and that was about 2pm
I guess I'm just gonna have to wait and see what sort of temperatures it hits, I think it has an electric wall heater in there, am going again today so will double check.
Looks like moving the fridge freezer in there is a no go and also any sort of electricals, which is a bit of a bummer cos I know it's just going to end up a dumping ground

I think conservatories are like marmite. But I love ours.
We have a similar sized one with a sofa, plug in electric wood burner look fire, fairly lights (bought cheap in the post x mas sales)! I love it, it's lovely in the evening to watch the sun set, I love sitting out there in the rain. It's really relaxing.

Can you put the freezer in a garage if there is one?

Yeh I was thinking fairy lights, the fire effect burner sounds good aswell.
It's doesn't have a garage, it's quite a small mid terrace house.
I did see it again yesterday though and I think there should be enough space for a small table even if I keep the fridge freezer in the kitchen actually.
I think I'm just gonna have to see how hot/cold it gets in there and play around with it
