Mission

Hello again

Isaidno - welcome back...I remember when you were shazronnie. Every time I think I can cope with this house without the threads, I fall down under a huge pile of clutter. TBH I rarelt do the proper FLYing now, but this thread keeps me going.

Everyone _ i don't like swimming with kids. Thankfully they are big enough for lessons without me so I just entertain ds while they go (every day this week, adnI may book another week for dd2 later in the hols)

shouldbe there really is no rush for the shoes. Whenever is fine

shobiedoo - I think the shiny sink is the best thing about FLYing. It really does make a difference.

I have ds asleep, dd1 with her head in a book, and dd2 in the garden in a paddling pool All is quiet here I'm not going to bother with a list, but will just startin the kitchen and do as much as I can

Thanks jas; I think I just need some reminders - not the full baby step stuff.

Anyway today I have...
tidied freezer!
made the bed (but this is the one flylady habit I have been doing for over a year!)
got laundry on the line
changed kids beds

To do...
some ironing
hoover kids room
..... and turn house upside down and give a good shake to remove accumulated debris.

spose I'd better shine the sink first...

GO don't feel too crap...mine are currently sat playing the GamesCube....super mario....they would play it all day if I let them!
I am about to drag them out though...off on a pebble hunt.

We are back from the kids club - they've had fun again - £2 a day for 2 hours of play, singing and craft this week, no complaints from me, it's given me some time out and a chance to feel on top of things again

Back with buckets of pebbles! They are currently in the garden "sorting" them

I am feeling rather smug (again) I have fixed the water heater. I was half way through taking out all the towels etc from the airing cupboard, ready for the electrician to come, and noticed a fuse box...changed the fuse and now it works! (...ok so not rocket science...but dh didn't think to do it either I had to phone the landlord and felt a bit of a stupid girlie saying "ooooh it was the fuse!" But thank the lord he didn't get all the way here with the electrician to find that out!!!)
But anyway...still feel smug...putting shelves up, and loo roll holders...and fixing water heaters....
And I went to my neighbours and told her, as hers had stopped working weeks ago...took a fuse round and fixed hers too...so we stood feeling very proud of ourselves for a bit ...her dh hadn't thought to look for a fuse either )

From my to do list

Get washed done
Get dressed done
Load and run WM done X2
Peg out when finished done X2
Put the ironing away. (I conked out before Ed last night)
Make Ed's bed and tidy his room done
Make lunch done Had a picnic in the garden
Clean the gravel from yesterday off the patio. done before the picnic
Clear kitchen table hotspot
Entertain Ed done In style. All the outdoor toys on the yard and we empted 3 bags of play sand to make a beach.

Also DONE
Cleaned out and re-organised the porch
Sort out Ed's baby buggy for passing on
Sweep spare sand off the yard
Re-organise the coat hanger in the kitchen.

To Do

Find the ball from DH's flavour shaker (cheers Ed...He's said 'it vamooshed' 'an alien took it' 'I was playing with it in the toilet' Heaven help me!
Bring in the washing, sort and put away.

Ed is hassling for PC time. I've finished my break now so, off to find the ball.

My kids are in bed, exhausted...they are sharing a room tonight so at least there's time for some mischief before it's really time for them to sleep. They were both naughty at supper time and barely touched the homemade yummy supper I suggested it was bedtime and they agreed v readily so here I am with over an hour and a half of extra time! Dh is still working so I'd better get on, get the house straight (again) and make some more cookies.

Hello All.
Been a lovely warm sunny day today. I had my friends 2 DD's for the morning so she could attend a hospital appointment with her DH. They were all really well behaved and played together!
Not much FLYing done. I did get the washing out but when i got it in just now i found what looks like fly poo on lots of the light/white items so they are back in the machine. Just hope it washes out.

I am really tired today so hope to get an earlier night.
Shouldbe Well done for getting your helmet (At last ). If i don't speak to you tonight, i hope DS has a fab birthday and party tomorrow. Little something on its way to him today.

So today...

Stripped and washed one set of bedding.
Did another load.
Put both away whoo hoo!!!
Cleaned bath and sink including taps, and used same stuff in kitchen sink, looking shiny
Dishwasher on
table clear
Sweep up kitchen and living room
Ate a piggy dinner with DD,
Watched a DVD with DD,
Ate a bowl of popcorn with DD,
Melted a bar of chocolate and dipped in marshmallows with DD,

OOps DD is a bad influence, thankgoodness she iis in bed now .

I have listed more on Ebay tonight.

I should do that tortoise but really don't know where to start. Do you sell much?
(I got excited by large sleepsuits on your first list til I looked and they were girly. Can't see them no...did you sell them already?)

I've got the place looking ok this evening, and have to take the dds to get passport photos tomorrow now. We go away in 3 weeks and theirs have run out(and dps runs out next week)
Cross everything for me that we get them in time.

tortoise do you find buy it now works better than the auctions, I have loads of stuff that I need to put on Ebay, I never get round to it .
