Urine stains on vinyl? (pic)

We have had vinyl wood effect flooring fitted for around 12 weeks.
I’ve noticed over the past few weeks that there are yellow splodges on the floor around the toilet.
I’m presuming it’s urine?
I’ve tried to remove it with bleach, cif cream and a scouting pad and it won’t budge.
Any ideas?

Scouring pad. Not scouting!

It's not necessarily urine. Do you use a rubber-backed pedestal mat? If you do, it could be a chemical reaction causing the mark.

No we don’t use a mat.
I wondered if it was a reaction to people wearing rubber soled shoes whilst sat on the loo.
It’s so frustrating that it’s almost brand new and I can’t get the marks off.

Years ago when I had Lino in my kitchen this happened. It was the glue underneath. I’m a cleaner now and I see it quite a lot tbh.

There are various tips on the net, e.g.

Good luck!

I’ll have a look at that link!
Thank you!
It’s really making me twitchy every time I lie in the bath and have to look at it.

Glue showing through. Vinyl shouldn't need to be stuck down, but flooring fitters use spray glue around the edges and around the bathroom suite.
