Can I wash the following together?

I had a nose bleed (unfortunately quite common for me. That means I have an assorted load that needs washing- a hand towel, pillow case and pyjamas. All are cotton. I don’t have other stuff I need to wash, can I put them in together? The pyjamas are new and I don’t want to ruin them. Will be drying things separately.

I dont tend to soak first. I did wash dd's blood soaked bedding yesterday and just put it in the machine with bio powder and the pre wash setting

Yes, wash together on a cold/warm wash with bio powder. I would do a cold pre-wash too.

Thanks. Did it all together and it was fine - plenty of vanish. Another bleed this morning so I’ll see how today’s towel comes out.
