...of a long skirt, right at the bottom, both sides? Grrr. Skirt is viscose; have just stuck it in the freezer as first port of call. Thx.

I was always told freezer, then when hard try to peel it off

Yes, freeze it overnight and pick it off tomorrow.

Hand sanitiser always works for me leave on scrape off then wash.

This happened to me with a new coat, think it was wool/wool blend, I managed to get it in the freezer, this helped to get quite a bit off but not all. A mechanic friend suggested trying 'thinners' (paint thinners - which he uses for all sorts!) hey presto, worked a treat!

Thank you all. I got pretty much most of it out with freezer method plus stain devils for grease remover.
