We want to get our driveway monoblocked and our neighbours had their done a few years back. Have phoned the company they used but a week later am still waiting for someone to call me back and arrange to come out. Have phoned the office twice in between and the woman in the office is totally unhelpful.
I am tempted to move on and look elsewhere but obviously a bit nervous about getting someone I know nothing about.
Would you hire someone 'blind'?
