As mentioned in my previous post my ground floor flat has a mould problem and my son's favourite talking duggee toy was covered in a small amount of green mould spores. It is sponge clean only as it's battery operated. I have tried laundry detergent, baking soda and white vinegar but the unpleasant musky mould smell is still there. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of this smell? I really don't want to bin duggee as he has had that toy since he was 5 months old and is now 19 months old and it cost £25. For the time being he has been fine without duggee and is mostly playing with his igglepiggle toy But I really want to get duggee sorted ASAP. Please help.
