I was about to put a new pair of M&S blue jeans into the WM, but happened to read the care label.
It said, do not use fabric conditioner.
Now, I like a pair of stiff crispy jeans, straight off the washing line, as much as the next person - but what possible reason could there be for not adding softener?
Any thoughts?
