Fly lady - morning routines and working FT

I’m restarting fly lady again as my house is a tip, last time I did it I was on mat leave so the morning routine was a lot easier to get done. Now I have me and & 2 DC to get out the door by 7.30. Mornings are by far the most stressful part of the day and generally is just about getting us all up and dressed on time. I want to add a few things in to make my life easier when i get home but I don’t want to give myself an impossible list.
What do your morning routines look like?

I find the stuff I do the night before really helpful Peachy, because once the morning hits things start going off plan!

I'd start slowly with a small list, and add one thing to it at a time and let that bed in before adding anything else.

Make sure - where possible - that all clothes and bags are ready the night before (I pack her sports kit in the morning as it needs to dry overnight), I pack DD's lunch in the morning.

Menu planning can be handy, so you know what is for tea that night and can get it out of the freezer if necessary - just takes away the stress of trying to think of something to eat when you get home.

We do have a Flylady thread on here if you'd like to come and chat, and the Flylady UK group on FB is good too.

Exactly as above Everything is done the night before .Nothing of importance in the morning
