Hair mousse stains on light jeans

DD has a lovely pair of light coloured blue jeans that have hair mousse stains down one side and leg. It looks like she's wet herself when she wears them🤦
In true teen style I didn't know about it until I'd washed and dried them and she put them on. I've soaked them in vanish and then persil and have done the anti stain 60* wash on my washing machine but it's not budging, though has faded a bit.
Any ideas to shift it? They're lovely jeans and weren't cheap so I'd like her to wear them before she grows out of them!

Oh no! That's going to be hard to shift. Is it ordinary 'styling' mousse or a hair colour type mousse?

Hopefully someone will be along shortly with a solution. Maybe look at the ingredients on the product and try Googling them. It will probably depend on whether it's oil-based or something else.
