Samsung Dual Cook Flex ovens - user experiences?

Hi, I've come to the fount of all knowledge on things domestic to ask for some advice ...

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has (or knows someone who has) a Samsung Dual Cook Flex oven.

As a single person, I like the flexibility of being able to use only half the oven (and half the electricity) most of the time while keeping the option of the larger capacity for when I have guests. However, I have read reviews that say the control panel is very difficult to read and, more alarmingly that the oven gives off a lot of heat through its casing - in one case causing the surrounding cabinetry to melt! The instruction manual says that the cabinet must be able to withstand up to 90 degrees C and Samsung won't be held responsible for any damage. Obviously I don't want to spend good money on an oven that risks burning my kitchen instead of my food!

Are there any other similar dual function single ovens (not double ovens) on the market that I should consider?

TIA

I have the Samsung BQ1VD6T131 dual (single) oven but don't find it very useful and the instructions are useless. You may have found what you need by now, but feel free to PM me if you like.
