Device to break window in case of house fire?

Is it possible to buy a device that could be used to break double glazing in case of a fire please?

Anyone actually used this kind of thing?

Yes. It's a tool with a pointy cone-shaped sharp bit. I'll see if I can Google one.

You will probably find them for breaking car windows but whether they work on double glazing I couldn’t tell you.
