I have been in house with ceramic hobb and my circulon pans have become encrusted with black gunge. Circulon just advise a recommended stainless steel cleaner. I have tried bio-mex, autosol, vinegar, bicarb of soda. Nothing is shiftimg it, any advice as I used to love these pans!
