No Mission as it's the weekend (YAY)

So sorry I didn't sign off yesterday. Was playing with Ed when we both conked out and fell asleep watching the Incredibles (Ed likes Elastagirl and Jack-Jack). DH woke me up by ringing the doorbell as he'd left his keys...couldn't be too cross tho as he was soaked by the rain (heh heh)

Further dones yesterday

Clean out snails (no eggs this time but I'm wary, they've all grown heaps, we must return them to the wild)
Put Ed to bed in his own room
Clean the clutter off the kitchen chopping block
Declutter the kitchen table
Declutter the dresser drawers

To Do
Tidy last night's chaos
Load and run WM
Load and run DW
Empty and put away
File paperwork
Clean hob
Do cat litter
Get washed and dressed
Put clean and ironed clothes away
Tidy front room (see if Ed wants to put his birthday train set away so I can vac the carpet!)

Plus usual S&Sing, general chores etc

DDs christeing yesterday which went very well. I'm now very tired and I have a mountain of towels and bedding to wash from people staying over....

Good afternoon, All am sat here waiting for my washing machine to turn up and am getting impatient, have so much washing to be done and I want my washing machine!

My done list:

washing up and drying of breakfast dishes
cleaned all the kitchen sides
quick wipe around of the bathrooms
general tidy up around all rooms

Where's my washing machine!!!! All the washing piles are sorted!

Will be back later, and hopefully there will be a wash going by that time!

Oh no, just found out that my washing machine isn't going to be here until at least 4pm and at the very latest 8pm! Feel gutted, need to keep busy!

Have decided to make peanut butter and weetabix cookies.
I hate penut butter but these cookies are delish! Not sure what DC will think of them. i haven't made them for years.

WM on now. I had forgotten to switch on at the wall again!

Aufish only another few hours to wait, not too bad really...(although I'd be impatient too if it was me!)
Tort our village shop has almost sold out - no delievery trucks can get through the floods. We went and had another look at the river earlier and the water level has gone down since yesterday (and the flooding has travelled further along the Thames...) but the bridges are unstable and therefore remain closed.

The tops of my kitchen cupboards are all lovely and junk free Everything else has been neglected and the kids are driving me MAD! I've snuck away for 5minutes (or longer) peace

Oh its going to get a battering today!
Poor washing machine, its very quiet though unlike the other thing which is good.
Need to get a load of towels in there next as we have almost ran out and its shower night in this household.
