During the upsurge of cleaning shows we became aware of the myriad alternatives to the host of cleaning products many of us buy. One of which was a product called Borax, that you could use for most cleaning tasks around the house.
Unfortunately, it was judged to be dangerous if inhaled and so removed from the shelves. But, all is not lost, as we can buy a pretty good Borax substitute.
I found mine online under the same name. When you read the ingredients on the package, you will see that it no longer contains Borax. I have found it to be equally as good as the original, it is a great cleaning product.
Online I found Robert Dyas have it in stock, you order it and they send it to your local Robert Dyas or Rymans.😉
