just posting here because the helpline has an appx wait of 20+ mins yesterday and today!!
I have a Morphy Richards 2 in 1 supervac. It's probably about 5 years old, I don't know.
It makes a horrible noise when I switch it on and the roller bar won't rotate. I've taken that section apart, removed all dust, hair etc and still the same. There's nothing else suggested in the manual.
I'm thinking it's probably safe to assume it's reached the end of it's life? if there is a part etc to be changed, I can't see where; there's no obvious further dismantling that I can do.
any ideas? I've no problem taking it apart, I figure I can't break it more!!
