Help! Vinyl Stain

A white carrier bag was left on my black vinyl floor. It got damp and now there is a light coloured stain. The floor has only been down for 3 days and DH is going to go nuts when he sees it.

Any ideas what I can use to get it off?

I daren't use anything bleach based as it's a black floor. Would bicarbonate do the trick?
