I don't know what I'm doing (nothing new, there!) but I'd like to get this message to luda in the next 20 mins so I'm doing this!

luda I don't know if you'll get my e-mail in time so I'll have to come on the thread early tomorrow to shout out to you. Dh will be calling past your house with 4 boxes tomorrow morning around 7.30am to 8.00am. You're never going to talk to me again when you see just how much there is for you to look through! I'm very pleased you like your hair cut. Can you e-mail me who did it for you, please? Someone in work today recommended someone in Market Street, top of town, I think. I'll take a look. I hope your friend is ok. It isn't our mutual one, is it? I'd hate for things to be getting to her, but it's a tough team to be in as I well know.

Ds and I have had a lovely afternoon, we went for a walk and wound up at the park where we saw lots of friends and had a very nice time. Dd is still out but expected home any minute

I'm tired so may just have a bath and an early night. Need to just whiz round the house putting things away so I don't have to worry too much in the morning.

I am shattered after sports day (dd2 came last in both her races) and helping at fun day all afternoon, then mad dash to Brownies and Rainbows party

I will also have a quick tidy before an early night I think

Hope your ds had a lovely birthday grouchy ludaloo I'm impressed at the speedy delivery. I hope you can make some use of them.

DS is in size 4.5 (21?) shouldbeso rpobably too small. I will take the red 23s for him to grow into if no one else wants them though

luda Thanks for your e-mail. Sorry the boxes must take up loads of space in your house! Sorry to hear about the hamster. I was speaking to a friend just recently about pets dying and that, unfortunately, bereavement is part of life. In a sad way, it's good that they experience it when it is pets as it prepares them for the loss of people later on in life.

julez Please don't mention flapjacks unless you're putting some in the post for me! Having said that, ds has just gone to bed but not before having made 2 blackcurrant and apple crumbles with me! I think dh and I will be having a very late pudding tonight.

Cant keep up with the thread today but I have blitzed my kitchen in preparation for weekend visitors

Am about to go to bed but wanted to say "Good on you" glass! It is lovely to come downstairs to a nice, clean, tidy kitchen.
