HELP - Sick on carpet

Please can anyone suggest a way to get rid of the smell of sick from the carpet?! I've taken all items that been in the area away and currently cleaning separately but the carpet is wet and stinks - not a dreamy way for a pregnant mama to be spending the last few weeks of pregnancy (boo!)

I've used a zoflora solution before and that seemed to work

Bicarbonate of soda helps. Scrub it in then dust more over the top when it dries. It's not perfect but it's slightly better.

Yes I'm not usually an advocate of zoflora, but when my youngest was a baby and had reflux, it was the only thing that got rid of the smell of sick in the carpet!
