How to clean Greasy pillowcases. Ugh sounds so horrible

I took the last two pillow cases out only to discover they have a greasy stain on the middle. Slightly yellow ish in colour. It's from DH someone sleeping with product (coconut oil) in their hair. These pillow cases have been washed, definitely at 40, possibly at 60.
What can I do to restore them to their former clean glory? Soak them in something before washing?

soak in bio powder + cold water over night and then wash as normal.

Spray with Elbow Grease, let it sit for a while and put some soda crystals in with the washing powder.

Yes, apparently works well for oily/greasy stains on clothes.

Throw them out. It never goes, looks like it has and then gets worse when it’s stored. Yuck.

Just keep putting them back in every time you do a hot wash. It will come out in the end.

Dunno. Following due to same thing. I’m changing DH’s daily in the hope of preventing build up. Actually, he gets my used one and I get the lovely fresh new one. Grim.

I soak in washing up liquid or soap in a bucket for at least 24 hours. The water that comes out is 🤢 but strangely satisfying. Then either soak in clean water and soap for longer or put in the machine with a squirt of shampoo or washing up liquid in the ore wash drawer.

I think it’s man-Head-juice or something, it’s so yellow and stains all my cotton pillowcases. I think I’ll give him a black one and he can rest his head on that.
