ceramic floor tiles

Hi, nothing to do with being a mam,just wanting advice, my kitchen has ceramic floor tiles, no matter what i use to wash them, they always look smarmy, used everything from flash to white vinegar, any tips please x

What are you using to wash them with? Have they recently been grouted?
