Milk bottle management help

I’m now getting milk delivered in glass bottles but keep mixing them up. Other than whiteboard marking them on the bottles, is there a lovely way of identifying the order to be drunk in? Like wine glass charms? Googling hasn’t shown me anything so I must be looking for wrong thing - I’m not creative either to make anything !

Fridge location. We put current in kitchen fridge the rest in the utility fridge and in a set order to be taken out. Same as with plastic tbh

I’m not posh enough for 2 fridges sadly. And don’t trust the boys to remember my current method- closest to fridge needs drinking first Grin

They have a use by date on the cap.
Ones in door to be used first. Move a shelf up to fit some at the back of the fridge.

Marker pen - 1 2 3 4 - wash it off before the bottles go out for collection.

I love those mini tags! I wonder if my family will indulge me and let me use them?!

Those mini chalkboard tags are the closest alternative to bottle charms that I can think of - the big question is can you trust your kids not to rub out the chalk??

My husband writes dates on with a sharpie! He is king of milk management.

The mini chalkboards look lovely but tbh in my house would totally get disregarded. Plus after faffing about looping the twine on and off the bloody bottles more than 3x's I'd lose the will to live and bin them.
