How often do you clean your fridge?

As the title says, how often do you give your fridge a really good clean? (As in take out each tray/compartment to clean etc)

Wipe it every week while waiting for the internet grocery shop to arrive. Then it never gets really dirty. Big clean, removing everything, only every few months.

Not enough.

Same as Pants, I give it a clear out and a wipe when waiting for delivery so rarely have to do a big clean x

Once a week before I go and get the weekly shop. Gives me a chance to see what I’ve got and have a clear out.

When it looks like it needs it or something has leaked.

If I'm honest, about once a month.

Whenever I need to. Noticed it could be done with a good clean today. Otherwise only when one of the kids lays something on its side and it leaks everywhere.

Once a week before shopping. I look through to see what we have left/ what needs throwing and give it a good clean before shopping.
Defrosting the freezer is another matter!

Yeah, reading these I definitely need to clean my fridge more often!

I keep on top of it by wiping down once a week or so or when needed so it always looks pretty clean.

I do a real big clean every couple months. (Like talking all the shelves etc out). Surprised what crumbs gets stuck to the shelf runners. 😬

I mean maybe once a year when I can no longer ignore it.

Periodically, which is probably between ever 6 months to 2 years.

I spot clean as needed. If you mean removing everything and soaping up the whole thing, literally never.

Mainly before going on holiday as the fridge is empty, removing the trays to wash up but if anything spills in between I wipe it up. If the fridge was fairly empty though I might do it anytime but mainly a really good do before holidays.

I have never cleaned it - I'll spillages or crumbs but otherwise no cleaning.

I wipe it down with anti bac wipes once a week. I hardly ever do a thorough clean where I take the shelves out - probably once every 3 months or so

Once every 8 weeks, sometimes less.

Supposed to be once a month, but it's more like every 3 months. I do wipe up any spills though and I don't have meat or fish to contend with.
