Any one have VIRGIN and run their own extendion tv off it? Is it
1,possible
2.easy
3. worth it

I truly do NOT want cable but am told that my house cannot have a working aerial and do not want sky dish
even with freesat i have to pay more for another tv

I am really strapping myslef with a scary mrotgage and want so much to minimise monthly outgoings

any clever mumsnetters or ( dare i say it) their dps that can advise?
Thanks

DH says you can run 2 tellies from one box, but will only be able to watch the same thing on each at the same time.

It depends on the outputs of the box and the quality you are happy with as to how easy it is to do.

thanks pandag! At least that sounds hopeful - i can have free tv using virgin but have to pay £10 a month for the pleasure of the second one

that is £ 120 a year i would rather spend at waitrose...

any one actually done this?

We run 2 tvs on one box. Lucky for us the previous owners had installed some wires which have ordinary arial sockets at each end and the cable signal runs along wires to second tv. Reception is worse on second tv though. Still fine, but a bit grainy.
