Anyone with tech knowledge out there?
I bought an Acer laptop last summer and have found it very tricky.
I was expecting it to have Windows 10 installed, but it turned out to be a free trial and then payable subscription. So I bought the subscription, but since then it is continuously short of memory and now I've come to send some important documents from it today and can't find them. It's asking me to sign into Microsoft, but nothing happens when I do.
I'm ready to throw it off the roof and buy a new one.
Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong?
Is it possible to buy a laptop with Windows installed that has a reasonable amount of memory?
