Got one as a gift but just put it on after ages of not using and it’s given me a terrible headache. It might be the scent- baby powder mixed with a Christmas but I think but it’s foul. I’ve flung windows open and taken pills but urgh. Are there any nice, non headache inducing oils? Or can I clean it out to stop the old oil smell?

Sorry. Too click happy. Anyone recommend a way of removing and destinking all old oil? And recommend a new light fresh one?

Absolutely just pour the old oil out and replace with just one scent - you should never mix them!
Try and look for a scent you like there's lots to choose from. Some can be quite heavy and headachy I agree.
But once you find your scent you'll be loving it - I wouldn't be without mine now!
Purifies and scents the room beautifully Smile
