Pillows!

New mattress around about 3 weeks in, been waking up with headache every morning, with horrendous neck ache & shoulder ache. Going to try new pillow to see if it helps. I'm a side sleeper. Last lot of pillows I got were from Costco, snuggledown I think, initially very comfy & really liked them, but they've become hollow & sink in the middle. I want support, but not brick like, so something soft but supportive.

I've had some from Argos before, again same story okay for a couple of weeks then flat. I find I usually need two pillows. I usually spend anything from £6-£15 per pillow? Haven't tried memory foam as I don't think I'd get use to it, maybe too low/flat? Or is that where I'm going wrong- should I be laying flatter?! Recomendations please!

I use a dense foam pillow at the bottom and then get a very plump, squishy pillow on the top so I get lots of comfort and great neck support.

Try a firm feather and down. M&S do them for about £23.

Ikea. Firm for him and medium soft for me. Very pleased with them and they weren't expensive.
