Dyson V10 Animal - cutting out

The motor pulses, then cuts out. The filter light flashes. Leave it a minute or two and the motor will start again but with the same pulsing and cutting out.
I've followed the trouble shooting guide from the manufacturer...

I've had it apart - cleaned out the filters, repeatedly -
I've tried to do a google search to find an advice forum where some kind expert can put me right - but all I'm getting is Dyson sponsored pages to buy another one! I've only had it since Christmas, another one is not an option
Any guidance will be appreciated, tia

I have the v6 With mine it was the head try the small spinning head and see if that works if it does it's the big head. If u ring dyson they will send u the new part for free just register the warranty first online.

Contact dyson; they might be able to send a new part:/ battery etc. They were ace for me when mine went a bit wonky

Sounds like there's something interfering with the suction. Mine does that when there's a blockage of some kind. The issue is finding it.

You need to check the flaps that open when you're using it. Something is likely stuck there. So, either the entry point to the bin or if it's only with the long tube and a head on, check the head.

It might even be sticky as opposed to blocked.
