How to clean a shower with no hand spray

Hello ladies,

We have two showers in our house with no detachable head meaning that so far I've only been cleaning them when I need a shower. Otherwise rinsing off is a nightmare. They're both fixed head only and the main corner shower is a glass enclosure and rather large.

Does anyone have any tips they can share? I'm contemplating filling a jug up from the bath but that just seems ridiculous.

No it's not! I'd fill up a jug from the sink or bath to rinse the tiles. I have a big glass shower door and sides and I clean them with a wet sponge and bathroom cleaner then use a squeegy window cleaning thing to get rid of the cleaning stuff.
