Sticky kitchen floor tiles - how to clean?

My kitchen floor tiles always seem to be sticky these days - even after I've just cleaned it - and I don't know why?

I've tried scrubbing it, drying it, different brands of floor cleaner and a new mop - and it's still no better!

Any ideas anyone? Has this happened to anyone else?

And please don't say buy new floor tiles as these ones have only been down for a year!!

A microfibre cloth. It does mean actually getting down on the floor but works really well.

what kind of tiles are they?
what do you clean them with?

(I have vinyl and when it gets bad I do it on hands and knees with a pan scourer and really hot water with a squirt of all-purpose cleaner in)

think it's maybe cause you're not rinsing them afterwards...on the few occasions I've cleaned it's because of this but after a while they lose their stickiness

I would clean with really hot water, and then rinse, rinse, rinse
