Thursday Fly

Morning All

Im all done except for hoovering. I was even ruthless enough to fill two bin bags of clothes out of our wardrobe we havn't worn in years!!!

I have a mountain of baby clothes and aged 2-3 boys clothes to go on ebay later (10p listing today)

Flapjacks are yummy. First time ever Ive made them, I dont even like tescos own ones either.

Ive made a start on babys room, in a few weeks we will be moving his cot in there. (once he hits 6 months)

got to pop to tesco once i pick DP up from work for a few bits. The I might settle in front of the tv with laptop and ebay for a bit.

Hope everyone has had a good day? Im impressed with how much Ive got done today whilst I have the two boys here, not dreading the holidays quite so much anymore

Good afternoon girls, the play was fantastic and it was well worth the 7 weeks of rehearsing! The boy who played Elvis/Pharaoh was brilliant, made everybody laugh.

Well the lunch boxes are all washed out and are ready for the next lot to go in there and tea is in the oven.

The school have had a good few names mentioned to them by people who were around the school last night after the performance and one particular lad that has been mentioned, I have a run in with about my DS1 so I'm not surprised, he's a little sod and is only now going into YR 8.

Afternoon ALL

Strange afternoon really. I've done all the general chores but have lost the energy to push myself further. Ed has happily entertained himself. I took him to the children's centre for the play session but all he wanted was a hug from the play worker, see his friend and go home cos he was tired. Ho hum

Got some hosta leaves for his mollusy shelly mates on the way home.

Gave him that Don't wake dad game as a 'Well done for a dry night' pressy. I picked it up months ago in a charity shop for 75p and needed a good excuse to give it without turning him into a spoilt brat. We played it for an hour this afternoon and he loved it. That was cash well spent.

Well DH due home in 5 so have really good evenings ladies

Done list:-
~ Hoovered all of the downstairs including the doors with the soft whatdoyoucallit bit of the hoover
~ cleaned up the kitchen
~ did several loads of washing
~ wrote some e-mails
~ cleaned the utility room
~ I can't remember what else!

Stairs need to be cleared and hoovered tomorrow and bathroom needs a quick swipe over.

EHM My DD2 was awake at 5.40 this morning. She went back to sleep eventually. Just before the alarm went off!
