How do I get sharpie out of clothes???

Brand new jumper met a black sharpie!!
Jumper is a bright coloured hoodie.
Any tips?

Alcohol based hand gel sanitiser, blob on, scrub in then wash. Might take a few goes to get it all out.

Baby wipes! Worked for me many times (teacher) Frightening tho!

Cheap hairspray or wd40 (do a patch test first if you go for the wd40)
