Neff pyrolitic self cleaning ovens

Be warned I have 2 side by side and both have blown the control panels because of the high heat. Neff customer service wants you to pay out after your warranty has ran out to fork out for an engineer and parts for something that is wrong with their model. However, they would have you think that it’s because your oven over 8 years old but if I had just 2 oven and it did this it would be understandable but to have both panels blown I think these ovens are not worth the fortune that I paid for them. My message to customers interested is to stay well away. Old fashioned elbow grease and buy their most basic model.

Maybe your Consumer Unit was overloaded with the two ovens.

I have a hotpoint pyrolitic oven. When we put it on the clean, the glass smashed and melted the side of one of my new kitchen doors.

I haven't tried it with the new one, it's too much of a risk to be left without an oven again.
