Has anyone fitted a pre-assembled MFI kitchen themselves?

Hi! Firstly, does anybody know whether the drawline and baseline carcases really are the same thing? MFI swear that the units are the same and that you just put a drawer in to make it a drawerline, or leave the draw out to make it a highline (with a different door on, obviously) but we aren't so sure.

Secondly, this is a very specific question, I know, but I'll ask on the off-chance that anybody has the same problem as us! With the 1000mm base units, you have to put a piece of wood (called a central support rail) in between where the drawers should go (so that the runners have something to fix to). If you bought pre-assembled units, were these rails already fitted, or supplied separately for you to fit? Many thanks!
