Baking tray advice please

What baking trays (the type you put chips, oven cooked fish, roasted veg and roast potatoes on) are any good. Keep buying and destroying cheap ones from Sainsbury's but would prefer them to ladt more than 3 months. Not quite ready to gamble lots of money without recommendations though - but happy to spend a bit for something that lasts!

Thanks!

I have Pyrex branded ones - they are non stick metal not glass. I got them half price in Tesco so they weren't too expensive and they've lasted well for the few months I've had them so far.

Lakeland own brand or Pyrex.

I had two of these delivered from Amazon yesterday. Whilst I've obviously not used them over a period of time yet, I'm really, really impressed with the weight and finish of them. £5.99 each, and I wasn't expecting them to be of such good quality! :-

What ones are you buying from Sainsbury? I like their really heavy ones , the label is dark purple ( I cannot remember the exact name) Mine last ages , I put them in the DW .
I wait till the 50% off sales

I cover mine with a sheet of foil before use, just throw the foil away afterwards along with the cooked on food and grease.

enamel ones
a bit heavy, but almost indesctructable.

My chef ds says the key is not to wash them. Wipe with kitchen roll only.

FrenchyQ · 15/03/2019 21:35

All mine are circulon ones, had them over a year and they are still in great shape

Justmuddlingalong · 15/03/2019 21:37

Pyrex glass ones. Much easier to clean and don't warp.

I use the heavy Sainsbury's ones too, really good.
