First time employing a private cleaner. Do I need a list? What does your cleaner do on a regular weekly / fortnightly basis?

Hi, I work as a cleaner. Standard things are hoovering all through, cleaning bathroom(s), dusting surfaces. Some of my clients want the kitchen doing (moping floor, wiping surfaces, wiping cooker top), some like to do that themselves. Some like the inside of windows cleaning occasionally, or helping them change beds. All my clients want slightly different things. The important thing is letting your cleaner have enough time to do the things you ask. Before you employ a cleaner, clean your house and time yourself doing all the jobs you want done to give yourself an idea of the time needed.

Hi.
We are looking for a one off cleaning service for an end of tenancy for a small studio we bought in the SE14 Telegraph Hill area.
Could anyone recommend a company or trusted individuals ?

Thank you

San

Hi
self employed cleaner of farm houses here! I have seven regular clients and am in demand.
I've never been given a list, generally the client just shows me around and leaves me to it. In all of them I hoover, dust and mop but others welcome me just getting on with it,so I might clean out the fridge, clean the windows, put a wash on. clean the front door. Change the bedding if asked. Some welcome ironing.
