OMG, dropped BLACK charcoal toothpaste on shagpile grey carpet! Hoovered but still there. What do I do????

Get a professional carpet cleaner to clean the carpet. Hoovering won't do anything and you risk spreading it if you try to clean it off yourself. Don't put anything on it as you could set the stain.
