How often do you thoroughly clean your fridge? The little hole at the bottom gets dirty how do I clean it?

Thorough clean (strip shelves out etc) probably once every 1-2 month, but I wipe the fridge shelves and sides down in-situ a couple of times a week, sometimes daily.

But I don't allow any smears/spills to sit, if I see a mark at all I wipe it so it always pretty much immaculate; would probably strip and clean more often if I didn't wipe as I go iyswim.

Best thing for cleaning the drain hole is a one of the brushes that look like a miniature bottle brush - they're actually teapot spout cleaning brushes, but absolutely perfect for the hole?.

Why did I never think of that?

I wipe it out as soon as i see any crumbs etc but I clean it thoroughly once a week before I do my food shopping.

I usually use antibacterial wipes.

Glad I could help Jilted it is really handy, I initially got them for a rubber "lip" type thing (sure there's a name - seal?) on the shower screen door and not the teapot which I still do use on occasion.
