2 hairgrips, 1 bolt, 2 pieces of blue Lego, 1 barbie shoe, 1 receipt from KFC (busted, DH, busted), an OOOOOOOLD grape, 78 pence (various pockets), a shopping list (me. oops), matter, and the shredded remains of something pink.

I have TWICE removed crumbled cake from DPs pockets.
Wtf?!

jaynehater · 08/07/2007 16:11

What is the deal with that? (PS, JJV, don't hate you. Love you. 2nd glass of burgundy)

It didn't happen today, but it has before.

Cake? Grown adult? And once, it was in a suit (admittedly after a wedding, more cake opportunities. just glad I got to it before the dry-cleaner)

today:
6in orange ribbon, supermarket trolley token, 3 handkerchieves, Locket (still in wrapper, luckily)

No cash

WendyWeber · 08/07/2007 16:18

You are sooo intelligent to empty them before washing

DS2's pale grey shorts went through with a red paper napkin in the pocket - that wasn't pretty.

JeremyJayneVile · 08/07/2007 16:20

Oh and toast crust. DPs pocket again.
He swears he knew nothing about it.
I think he has early onset dementia.

Love you too JH, you bloody wino

jaynehater · 08/07/2007 16:26

lol at Locket, Mrs Badger. They are the most devious of cough sweets, aren't they?

oh no I washed them then found £30, I then had to hang the notes to dry

jaynehater · 08/07/2007 18:31

But I bet you hung them somewhere secret, where they couldn't be claimed...

14 random stones
crocus bulb
fir cone
about 1/2 lb sand!

and that was just ds ...

jaynehater · 08/07/2007 18:48

Sand!!! Off topic slightly, but I damn near jiggered my tumble drier when DD2 filled pockets with grit AND I DIDN'T CHECK THEM (they were wet...sob), so got transferred, washer to dryer, and when I pulled out the fluff filter (good housekeeping points there to cancel out the lack of pocket checking) a veritable penny-falls of grit tumbled into the vent. Joy.
