So - as I had got to the stage of throwing it away in pure frustration I did go for it with a letter opening and actually managed to lever off the grey panel!! Feeling extremely pleased with myself, I then went on to pull out the old bottle??
Guess what? Nothing = no amount of strength or grip would let this bottle loose. So now (as I hate the smell of the one in there) please has anyone had this problem? I tried the 3 version it was Vanilla - so over powering in my little flat - the cat was laying on her bacj!! These units are not cheap - even in my beloved Savers. I am not difficult - Forest Pine sounds nice, Vanilla sounded nice, Fresh Linen sounds nice so apart from Lavendar yuuk - I am good to go. My daughter rook the 3 one, as she has a house - can you please let me know whether you can advise me. In a flat that first entrance can actually be unpleasant from the day before's meals, especially to visitors and you do get used to it I know. Thank you in anticipation :)
